Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
If you are a customer in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without notice. The cancellation period:

Ends 14 days after you or a nominated person receives the goods.
For multiple goods in one order, the period ends 14 days after the receipt of the last item.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Custom or personalized goods
Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly
Alcoholic beverages with prices subject to fluctuations in the market
Subscriptions to newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel after receiving goods, you must return them at your own expense. We are not liable for any damage or loss before the goods are returned, including during transit.

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery charges, except for supplementary delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one. Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. We accept refunds for:

Goods that do not match the description
Returns
Returns can be made in person at 62 Ebenezer Street, NG16 4DB or by mail. To return goods by mail, please contact us first.
